Call for Visiting Fellows at INZ – Selection Completed
The call for Visiting Fellows at the Institute of Contemporary History (INZ) has officially closed.
We are grateful to have received over 100 high-quality applications from around the world – diverse, inspiring, and professionally outstanding. With limited accommodation capacity, the selection process was highly competitive, and only around 25% of applicants were accepted.
We sincerely thank all applicants for their interest and effort. Special recognition goes to those proposals showing strong potential for collaboration with INZ researchers – whether through joint research or planned applications for a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship (MSCA) in 2026.
Accepted researchers will be gradually presented on our website in the coming months:

If you’re interested in future collaboration with INZ, we warmly encourage you to reach out directly to any of our researchers whose work aligns with your interests. New opportunities for the Visiting fellowship will be announced with the next call in April 2026 on https://inz.si/en/visiting-fellowship/ and on our social media profiles: Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky in LinkedIn.
Sincere thanks also go to the INZ team, whose dedication and precision made the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the call possible.
