Lecture: Communication and Behaviour in Tense Situations – Aspects of Personal Safety
On 24 March, we held a lecture entitled Communication and Behaviour in Tense Situations – Aspects of Personal Safety.
The lecture was led by Tadej Cunder, a security expert and police negotiator in crisis situations, who presented the importance of effective communication in calming tense situations and highlighted the role of active listening and assertive communication.
Participants also learned how to identify potentially dangerous situations, as well as the basic recommendations for personal safety and appropriate conduct in situations of threat. The lecture offered useful and practical insights into situations in which thoughtful communication can be a key tool for reducing tension.
Tadej, thank you for a great lecture!
In this post, we are sharing a few highlights from the event.
