INVITATION TO THE PRESENTATION OF MEMORIES LIVE ON II
You are kindly invited to the presentation of the volume Memories Live On II, which will take place on Monday, 13 April 2026, at the Archives of the Republic of Slovenia, Poljanska cesta 40.
The volume Memories Live On II brings together contributions and testimonies that illuminate the experiences of the Second World War through the personal memories of people who lived through the war themselves. The texts speak about everyday life during the war, fear, loss, hardship, survival, and the profound impact the war had on individuals and their families. In this way, the volume preserves valuable memories and opens up space for reflection on the importance of testimonies in understanding the past.
The programme will begin at 10.00 with a reception, followed by presentations at 10.30. The event will feature Andrej Pančur, Vida Milošević Arnold, Matija Puškarić, Tanja Velagić, Anita Rus, Bojan Godeša, and Marta Rendla, and will also include musical performances.
