Today, as part of our Workplace Health Promotion Plan, we hosted a lecture by Tina Žarki. She shared insights from her extreme cycling challenges and demonstrated how strategy, discipline, and energy management can help prevent stress, burnout, and the risks of sedentary work.
Through the story of the Transcontinental Race, we learned strategies for greater perseverance, recovery, and a healthy professional mindset.
