OPENING OF THE EXHIBITION “WHERE WERE CHILDREN WITH SENSORY DISABILITIES EDUCATED IN THE TWO YUGOSLAVIAS”
The exhibition “Where Were Children with Sensory Disabilities Educated in the Two Yugoslavias?”, prepared by members of the ARIS project team (J6-50189) “Systems of Care and Education for Children with Sensory Disabilities in the First and Second Yugoslav State”, opened on 17 April 2026 at 11:00 at the Typhlological Museum in Zagreb.
The exhibition was opened by our colleague Dr Jelena Seferović, project leader, Assoc. Prof. Dr Marko Buljevac from the Social Work Centre at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, and Ms Ivana Rotim, director of the Vinko Bek Centre for Education in Zagreb. A roundtable discussion also took place on this occasion.
At the end of the programme, a guided professional tour of the Typhlological Museum was organized, led by the museum’s director, Ms Nina Sivec.
